Are you losing deals because of price?

You send out a lot of quotes, some close some
don't.  Prospects don't always give a reason why
they did not sign up.
Was your pricing too aggressive?:
Look at your profit/employee on deals that
closed vs deals that are still open:
The blue area shows an average of $737
profit/EE on deals that closed.
The yellow highlights deals that have
not closed with an average of $938.
In this example, on a percentage basis,
Closed deals averaged 27% lower than deals
that did not close.
In other cases, closed deals may be even
with or show higher average profit than open
deals, in which case you are priced right at
market or even below market.
