		Can I keep my existing proposal format?

Yes, we work with many PEO's and ASO's and we recognize they don't want to present the same cookie-cutter
proposal to their potential clients.  That's why we incorporate their existing Excel-based proposal into our software.

		Is your web-based system protected?

Absolutely.  Our software uses the strongest industry safeguards to ensure your web-data is protected on all
options.  For those clients whose web-databases we host, we use 128 bit encryptions and industry-leading firewalls
and techniques to protect all data.

		Does this require much training/computer experience?

No. We have a step-by-step process which guides you through all phases of set-ups, and at each step in the
process, you are given the opportunity to add or edit your set-up data on-the-fly.

		Can I customize the software to my PEO?

Built into the design of this software was the idea that it would be used by companies of various sizes in multiple
states with multiple PEO's.   That structure demands a flexible system in which each company can have complete
flexibility in setting their parameters for PEO's, Salespeople, Regions, Industries, Workers' Comp. Plans etc.  
The system maintains a high degree of customization while still maintaining simple user-friendly processes and
procedures.
